Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Keep in mind the condition/injury you are coming in for. For example if you are coming in with a knee injury bringing a pair of shorts to change into may be beneficial. Quite often for a back complaint you will have your top off so that I can easily assess and treat your spine and adjacent soft tissues. Gowns are provided for those that wish to wear one 😊
I understand that schedules can change, and I'm happy to accommodate when possible. However, to ensure I can provide care to my patients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. This policy helps me to be able to offer the scheduled time to patients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Initial consultation appointments are up to 45 minutes.
Follow up treatments are up to 30 minutes
If I feel a need for a double appointment, due to a complex case this will be given to you without any extra charge.
Yes, there is free parking around the back of the building, instructions for parking will be provided on your initial consultation booking.

All payments are accepted whether that is card (accept American Express) or cash
